In Dino World, there exists an evil force seeking to conquer all. Representing this force is the "BlackUnion" group, which values power and harbors tremendous ambitions, and the "MachineLegion" group that lives by the law of the jungle. The BlackUnion is comprised of Commander Giganotosaurus, the captain of the bodyguard Smilodon Black, and the scientist Baryonyx. Over in the "MachineLegion," Legion Boss Terminator T-Rex leads the Legion. These groups wreak havoc across continents, causing chaos in their wake.

Their latest target was Tyranno City, a renowned City of Peace. However, to combat them, T-Rex Red, who leads Tyranno City's elite squad "Storm Dragon," along with original members including ancient Octopus and Triceratops of Double Target assigned to the city's security, joined forces to halt their advance.

Meanwhile, there are dinosaurs that roam freely without allegiance to any group, inhabiting various lands across the continent. Notable examples include the black octopus and the outlaw Alpha Megalodon ruling the sea. Additionally, ancient King Kong acts as a guardian protecting the vast jungle.
